If an account is required to use Vidal Properties, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it is being used in connection with fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms.

3. RESTRICTED CONDUCT

While using Vidal Properties, you agree not to:

Use any data obtained from Vidal Properties to train large language models (LLMs) or any other forms of generative artificial intelligence.

Engage in "scraping" or automated data extraction via bots or webcrawlers.

Reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the Vidal Properties or its software.

Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Vidal Properties, including text, graphics, logos, source code, music, sound, and videos (collectively, “Vidal Intellectual Property”), are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Subject to compliance, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license for your personal, informational, and non-commercial use only.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

Vidal Properties are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidal Org shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our digital properties.

6. CHOICE OF LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes not resolved through our informal 30-day resolution process will be handled in the appropriate courts of Florida.
